At Logitech, we have over 30 years of experience in technology innovation. However, in recent years we have been struggling with declining success rate of our innovation and a lack of a clear innovation vision. Julie and Loop Company helped us identify the key issues within our innovation process which needed to be improved: 1) Our consumer insights – we had become too tech driven and had lost the ability to identify real insights AND communicate them within the organization in a compelling way, 2) Creating an innovative organization who uses the same vocabulary and tools and 3) Formalized decision making and fact based resource allocation.

Loop Company has been instrumental in changing the mindset within the organization from a technology driven innovation process to a consumer driven process, which we could not have done without the help from an external facilitator. Our collaboration included several workshops in office in Silicon Valley, California, with our Global Consumer Insights team, and in Lausanne, Switzerland, with our innovation and management teams.

Our innovation turnaround project started as a pilot in a single business unit but has now been adopted by the innovation teams across the wider company as the results of this process are hugely visible and driving profitable growth both at the short and long term.
